We are committed to providing a timely response on all investment opportunities we review. In most cases we will provide a preliminary response within 48 hours of receiving a package of materials. In all cases we will respond within one week. All of our correspondence will be kept strictly confidential and will be conducted within the parameters you provide.
We will provide candid dialogue on the investment opportunity as we see it. We recognize the value of your time and your clients’ time. Our feedback will include our thoughts on where the investment opportunity meets and fails our criteria, thereby increasing the productivity of our future interactions together. If we are interested in the opportunity, we will provide you with our key diligence topics in order to make certain we are on the same page as we move forward together.
